About Project
The Royal Mirage III is a sister-hotel and resort to the 2 existing properties for Royal Mirage, situated on the Dubai mainland. It is located on Plot C1 of the Palm Jumeirah Crescent.
The project is a 5-star Boutique hotel with 100 keys. The keys are distributed through a central Manor House, 6 residential clusters and 4 stand-alone luxury villas. In addition, there is a luxury spa, marina restaurant and an arrival port building.
The Manor House, also has a specialty restaurant with an exclusive fine dining offering, and a more relaxed All-day Dining restaurant, offering interactive cooking stations for various cuisines.
The project includes all associated external works of the Hotel, paying & roads, water features, landscaping & site infrastructure services.
Approximate built-up area is 290,000 sq. ft.
